A weekend with friends

We were graciously invited to spend the weekend with friends last weekend. Oliver and Susanne and their sons lived in Sioux City for two years and Oliver worked there with Jeff. Now they are back in Germany and we went to stay with them for the weekend. They were kind, generous and very hospitable hosts. We had a great time! It felt so good to be with friends! Thanks Oliver, Susanne and boys!








The boys got in lots of playing time!




































The town in which they live had a small festival that weekend. The town is lovely!






We had dinner at a wonderful, very German, very cozy restaurant on Saturday evening.
